We ship anywhere on the globe.

 

When will you process my order?

Once payment has been confirmed, we will send it out that same afternoon. If this is on a sunday or a public holiday, we’ll send it out the next working day.

What are the shipping costs?

Due to changes in EU packaging laws we had to change our shipping plan but we still do World Wide Free shipping with orders from 250 euro.

 

Does my order have a tracking number?

Yes, if order is above 100 euro. Otherwise you can chose the track and trace option for orders below the 100 euro.

 

When can I expect my order?

Europe: 2-5 days

North America: 3-7 days

Central America: 4-12 days

South America: 6-10 days

Africa: 7-16 days

Middle East: 5-10 days

Asia: 7-15 days
